A case of creating a website EngaMusic

Our customer "EngaMusic" is an arts academy where music inspires since 2014! They provide a training program for every age.

Main tasks

We were tasked with creating a website for "EngaMusic", a corporate website that would contain basic information about the Academy of Arts and a special design. This site was supposed to be a visiting card for the client, where it is possible to learn about all services and projects of EngaMusic. Our task was:

• Develop a site that will help increase the flow of new students and increase confidence in the academy. Since it was important to reflect the intentions of this project and show a real academy where they really teach and give not only theoretical knowledge.
• Also create a custom design that uses videos and personal content from Engam.

Implementation of tasks

1.Marketing research

Before starting work on the website, we performed marketing research on the competitive market. This was a necessary step to create a powerful resource aimed at meeting the needs of the target audience. Next, we developed a prototype website with the required structure and desired functionality in mind.

2. Site development

1. Choice of CMS: WordPress was chosen as the content management system (CMS) for our site. He was more suited to the assigned tasks.

4. Callback Order Form: We have implemented a callback order form to give customers another convenient way to contact us. It exists on every page so that it is more convenient for the client to get the necessary information

5. Reproduction of pages for each project: Also, in addition to services, the client had its own projects, such as SummerCamp and World of the Talent. For each of them, it was necessary to write information and make video blocks, a portfolio.

6. Different branches: The client had two branches and each of them had different information on teachers, rates and services. We were able to optimize all this and make it convenient for customers to switch between branches.

7. Optimization of website pages: Optimization of the website was also a task for the client and us. Therefore, we optimized all the content provided to us for the site and worked out the structure for fast loading of each of the pages.

Testing

After finishing the site development work, we conducted detailed site testing. This is done to exclude malfunctions on the site and to detect minor defects. After the site has been tested, the final edits have been made.

The website of the "EngaMusic" company impresses with its style and functionality. One of the key achievements is the successful implementation of the uniqueness of the music academy and the realization of trust in each of the teachers.
